Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Republic Airways is one of the largest regional airlines in North America, providing scheduled passenger service through our mainline partnerships with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines (our “Partners”). Our fleet of over 300 Embraer 170/175 aircraft connects 25 million passengers a year on 1,300 daily departures over 100 cities across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico.

Republic Airways leads the industry in innovation and operational excellence, establishing our foothold as among the most reliable U.S. air carriers, all while safely servicing the busiest, highest-density markets. Each day, our 8,400 associates successfully carry out our mission to provide a safe, clean, and reliable flying experience for our passengers and our Partners across 12 bases in the eastern half of the United States. 

Republic operates its Leadership in Flight Training Academy ("LIFT Academy"), our proprietary flight school created with the commitment to growing the next generation of pilots and maintenance technicians with high tech flight training based in Indianapolis, Indiana; Tuskegee, Alabama at the historic Moton Field in partnership with Tuskegee University; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Galveston, Texas. LIFT Academy graduates have a defined career pathway to First Officer at Republic Airways upon completion of commercial training requirements.
